This year EARN`s 8th Annual Conference will be held virtually due to the current circumstances revolving around the pandemic.
This event will be the first in a series titled, Opening Doors to Inclusion: Engaging Your Future Workforce Now. The focus of these events will be on youth and recent graduates with disabilities and employment.
At this inaugural session we are excited to be launching the report titled Moving Towards Improved Employment Outcomes for Post-Secondary Graduates with Disabilities in East Ontario. Community members will be engaged to highlight the report findings and recommendations that will help employers start leveraging this virtually untapped pool of talent.
This report launch will start a broader series of communications and actions items facilitated across our Region over the coming months. We look forward to seeing you there and will share more event information soon.
